Oh, how we love crepes. Delicate, fluffy, and the lighter version to it’s cousin the pancake, they can be topped with anything and enjoyed with everything. And what sends this dish over the top? The fact that the batter lends itself perfectly to fun foods, especially spider webs!
Start with your favorite crepe recipe or look up some simple ones online (flour, eggs, milk, butter, salt, and water are all you’ll really need). Fill up a food service tube with the batter, and create a web pattern on a hot pan that has a bit of oil in it. Flip the crepe only once it’s completely set on the bottom, and serve it with syrup (the real stuff, please!), whipped cream, berries, or any other topping that strikes your fancy!
