There are only two ingredients here: raisins and apples. The key is a sharp paring knife and just a wee-bit of patience the first go-around; if you aren’t used to carving foods, you might want to have an apple or two as back-up. However, once you get the hang of the process, you’ll be amazed that the idea of artfully carving a piece of fruit ever made you nervous. Serve this with peanut butter or some yogurt, and you have the perfect mini-meal between breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner!
